Day 1 (October 28, 2010)

Yesterday was not the perfect day, I was not planning on starting to get healthy I just decided to do a little workout but food wise I did horrible. I don't plan on focusing too much on food, I know you should eat healthy and workout but I have limited resources as a student and I still eat healthy but I let myself slip now and again. I just need to focus on getting my 30-45 minute workout everyday whenever its possible.

Workout:
30 minutes of yoga and pilates in the morning

Food Diary:
half a slice of cheese
4 1x1 cubes of kolbassa

chicken fried rice (home made)
one honey lemon chicken breast

1/2 tilapia fillet with lemon juice, paprika and black pepper

BAD: breaded chicken wings...I gave in to temptation

I don't plan on starving myself, but I guess I need some sort of a healthy food plan but don't know what that should entail. It is impossible to follow the food guide to the T, so I will have to keep working on that.
