Day 2 (October 29, 2010)

Okay so my birthday is November 30, I have exactly one month to lose a bit of weight so I can look amazing on my birthday. Since a healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week, I hope to lose at least 5 pounds by my birthday! So weight at the moment: 185 pounds. Goal weight by November 30th: 180 pounds.

Today I will be doing the 30 minute workout at night, see how that works out for me compared to mornings. Since most mornings I have class so I am home after 5 P.M.

Food plan:
I woke up late today so technically I get no breakfast.

4 meatballs, 1 serving of rice, 3 TBS tomato sauce and one bowl of salad with 1 TBS. ranch dressing and 1 serving of tortilla strips topping, some lemon juice and black pepper.

One Pita with some shredded cheese, turkey breast two slices, pizza sauce 2 TBS.

I figure I should intake 1200 calories a day so I will improve on that soon, I just need to figure it out a bit more.
